For orders under £100, standard delivery within the UK costs just £3.95 with next day delivery being £7.50 (for orders received before 12.00 noon). There is FREE delivery on all orders over £100.

If goods are in stock, we aim to deliver within 3 working days from time of order. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm , Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will need a signature when the delivery is made. We use Interlink Courier Service (next day) on all but the smallest items, for which we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If there is a possibility that you will be unavailable to take delivery, please specify an alternative address either work or neighbour, garden shed, etc. This can be done in the 'comments field' on the order form. Delivery will be attempted once, if you are out a card will be left letting you know delivery was attempted and an SMS message sent if possible. Re-delivery by the courier will only be attempted once. We cannot leave parcels with anyone else or in another location unless an alternative is specified on the order.

• Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

• Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by installments.

• Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by installments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable.

• Failure by the Customer to pay for any installment or delivery when due shall entitle us to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Supplier relating to such Goods which the Supplier is then entitled to withhold.

4. Availability

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.

• We offer an extended range of products which are obtained directly from our suppliers. These products are subject to suppliers’ stock availability and delivery dates made by the suppliers’ own delivery services. It is our policy to contact you to explain the stock and delivery situation with these products. Again if you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will arrange for it to be cancelled.

5. Payment

5.1 On the order you must provide us with your exact address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

5.2 Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

5.3 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

8.5 Notwithstanding the above, subject to Section 8.1, So Gifted’s aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.

• We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

• If you buy goods which have no published technical specifications, it is your responsibility to establish the suitability of the goods for your intended purpose.
